Know what happens
after send
Ten events — queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed, deferred and unsubscribed — each one written to the log as it happens, stamped on the email, and available as a signed webhook.
Every event, captured
PostFrame tracks the complete lifecycle of every email from queued to delivered to engaged.
Delivery Confirmation
Know the moment the recipient's mail server accepts the message, with the provider's response stored on the event.
See delivery confirmation
Open Tracking
A one-pixel image records the first open with its time, IP address and user agent — deduplicated so one reader counts once.
See open tracking
Click Tracking
Every link becomes a signed redirect. See which URLs get clicked and by whom, with the Links report ranking them.

Bounce Detection
Hard bounces suppress at once; soft bounces after three in seven days; and a bounce rate above 5% pauses sending.
See bounce detection
Complaint Handling
Spam complaints suppress the address immediately, and a complaint rate above 0.1% pauses sending until it recovers.
See complaint handling
Unsubscribe Management
RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers, signed links, a per-workspace suppression list and unsubscribe groups.

The delivery log, live
The Logs page inside PostFrame: every sent and delivered event as it arrives, with the recipient and subject. The analytics reports roll the same events up by day, domain, provider and link.
Tracking, answered
Which events does PostFrame track?
Queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed, deferred and unsubscribed. Each one is written to the log, moves the email's status, and can be sent to your endpoint as a signed webhook.
Is open tracking accurate?
It is a signal, not a headcount. Some clients block remote images so those opens are never seen; others prefetch images and can register an open without a human reading. PostFrame deduplicates repeat opens so one reader counts once.
What protects my sender reputation automatically?
Hard bounces and complaints suppress the address at once, soft bounces suppress after three in seven days, and sending pauses when the bounce rate passes 5% or the complaint rate passes 0.1% over 24 hours — both thresholds adjustable per workspace.
Where do I see all of this?
The Logs page shows events as they arrive, the Emails page shows each message's status, and the analytics reports roll everything up by day, domain, provider and link.
