PostFrameEmail Delivery PlatformEvery plan

Email that
just works.

PostFrame is the email delivery platform built into every EternalEngine plan. Verify a domain, send with one API call, and watch every delivery, open, click and bounce land in the log — with signed webhooks for the ten events that matter.

Every email your business sends, tracked.
Zero Configuration Required

Enterprise deliverability,
out of the box

PostFrame runs on managed AWS SES infrastructure with pre-warmed IPs and automatic reputation monitoring. You get production-grade deliverability on day one — no AWS account, no IP warm-up, no provider setup.

Pre-Warmed IP Pools

Send from IPs with established reputation history. No warm-up period — high deliverability rates from the first email you send.

AWS SES Backend

Powered by Amazon Simple Email Service — the same infrastructure used by the world's largest senders, without the setup complexity.

Bounce & Complaint Monitoring

Automatic suppression list management. Bounced and complaint addresses are blocked on the next send — your sender reputation stays protected.

Managed DKIM Signing

Every outbound email is DKIM-signed with your domain. No key rotation, no certificate management — PostFrame handles cryptographic signing automatically.

No AWS account needed. PostFrame absorbs the SES infrastructure cost and passes the savings on through predictable flat-rate pricing. You get enterprise deliverability for the same price as a basic API relay.

How PostFrame works

PostFrame handles the entire delivery pipeline — from your API call to the recipient's inbox.

How we compare

PostFrame ships everything you'd expect from a dedicated email platform — RESTful API, SMTP relay, webhooks, open & click tracking, batch sending, and more — bundled into the same platform as your CRM and billing. Overage runs just $0.70 per 1,000 extra emails (Postmark charges $1.20–$1.80), and there's no per-seat fee and no separate vendor to manage.

Add-ons

Dedicated IP
$25/month — available on Scale+
Extended Retention
$10/month — 30-day log retention

PostFrame is billed separately, on top of any EternalEngine plan.Every base tier (Team, Pro, Business) ships with PostFrame at sensible defaults. The add-on tiers above buy higher email volume, longer retention, and dedicated IPs.

Prices shown do not include applicable tax.

Questions

PostFrame, answered

Do I need my own email provider to use PostFrame?

No. Every EternalEngine plan sends through PostFrame's managed pool, which runs on Amazon SES. Connect your own provider — SES, Postmark, Mailgun, SendGrid, SMTP and more — only if you want to send from an account you already own.

How do I send an email through PostFrame?

Three ways: a POST to the send endpoint with your API key (single message, or a batch of up to 100), the SMTP relay for software that only speaks SMTP, or the EternalEngine apps that already send through it — invoices, estimates, booking confirmations and sequences.

What does PostFrame track after I hit send?

Ten events: queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed, deferred and unsubscribed. Each one is written to the log, updates the email's status, and can be delivered to your endpoint as a signed webhook.

Is PostFrame included in my EternalEngine plan?

Yes. Every plan includes PostFrame with a monthly and a daily send cap for that plan; the Usage page shows both, and PostFrame add-on tiers raise the cap when you need more.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes. Add the domain, publish the records PostFrame lists — ownership, three DKIM CNAMEs, SPF, a bounce subdomain and a recommended DMARC — press Check, and once every record resolves the domain is verified for sending.
