What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Business includes every Pro app plus FlowRelay (workflow automation), and differentiates on scale and operational features: 15 seats (vs Pro's 5) — with unlimited/custom seats on Enterprise, white-label branding (custom domain, logo, color scheme), SSO / SAML for enterprise identity, stage-weighted forecasting and lead scoring, priority same-day email support, and the highest email-send + storage caps. If you need more than five seats plus any of those features, Business is the right tier — extra seats alone are a $15/seat add-on on Team and Pro.
Is the AI assistant included on every plan?
Yes — every plan (Free, Basic, Team, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) includes the built-in AI assistant; the Standard model starts at Pro. Each plan ships with a monthly token cap suited to its target usage. Need more? Buy one-time AI Credit Top-Ups (from $5) that stack on top of your monthly cap — no subscription, applied instantly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and configuration are preserved across plan changes.
How do AI tokens and credits work?
Each plan ships with a monthly AI token allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle — even on annual billing, so you don't burn through a year's quota in week one. It's one shared balance: Albedo, NeuralGrid, and every AI feature across your apps draw from the same pool, and heavier Albedo models simply use tokens faster. Need more? Buy a one-time AI Credit Top-Up ($5 / 500K tokens, $19 / 2.5M, $89 / 13M, $449 / 75M). Credits are applied instantly, never expire, carry over month to month, and survive plan changes — your allowance is spent first, credits only draw down after it runs out.
What are add-on services?
Three optional services stack on top of any plan when you need more capacity:PostFrame add-on tiers (higher email volume, dedicated IPs, longer retention),PayGate add-on tiers (lower per-transaction fees, fraud rules, multi-currency, embeddable checkout), and AI Credit Top-Ups (one-time token packs). Another 23 apps are visible in the in-app store from day one with full marketing copy, screenshots, and feature lists — but install is locked until each app reaches launch readiness. Apps move off the Coming Soon list one at a time. When an app ships, it becomes installable on the appropriate tier with no additional charge — you don't have to upgrade or buy anything.

Every plan ships with database-level tenant isolation (Postgres row-level security), AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, full audit trails, and role-based access controls. Business adds white-label branding, SSO / SAML for enterprise identity, and stage-weighted forecasting. The platform is built against OWASP ASVS and NIST guidance.
