What PostFrame does
PostFrame is a managed email delivery platform. Sign up, verify your domain, and start sending. We run the infrastructure, the deliverability work, and the analytics.
Domain verification, guided. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are checked automatically with step-by-step DNS instructions. You see exactly which records to add and the moment they go green.
Tracking on every send. Delivery confirmations, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes — captured end-to-end with per-recipient detail and a live event feed. You’ll know within seconds that the proposal landed and that your client opened it.
Templates with version history. Build reusable templates with Handlebars variables, preview them against real data, run test sends, and roll back when you need to.
Webhooks for everything. Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, unsubscribed — every event can notify any system you run, in real time.
Suppression handled for you. Hard bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically, protecting your sender reputation without a spreadsheet of “do not email” addresses.
Bring your own provider — if you want
Most teams should let PostFrame handle the infrastructure. But if you already have an SES account, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or your own SMTP, connect it and PostFrame handles routing, failover, and load balancing across providers while keeping all tracking in one place.
Tenant-isolated, like everything else
PostFrame inherits EternalEngine’s database-level tenant isolation. Your domains, templates, analytics, suppression lists, and API keys are yours alone — enforced by row-level security, not by convention.
