Separate Suppression Lists
Bounces, complaints, unsubscribes and manual blocks are rows in your workspace's list. Add addresses or whole domains, check one before you send, and remove an entry when a mailbox comes back.
Independent Suppression Management
Common questions, straight answers.
What ends up on the suppression list?
Addresses that hard-bounced, soft-bounced three times in seven days, complained, or unsubscribed — plus any address or whole domain your team adds by hand, one at a time or in bulk.
Can I check an address before I send?
Yes. The suppressions API has a check endpoint, and every send also checks all recipients — to, cc and bcc — against the list before it is queued.
Can I remove an address that should receive email again?
Yes. Delete the entry by ID or by email address from the suppressions page or API; the next send to that address goes out normally.
Does an unsubscribe in another workspace affect me?
No. Suppression rows carry the workspace ID and sit behind row-level security, so another workspace's opt-outs never touch your sends.
