How Construction Teams Use EternalEngine

From bid to final invoice — every step of a construction job in the apps that ship on Pro today.

BidForge: the estimates table a contractor works from — numbered bids, client codes, pipeline value and conversion.

Day 1

Receive Lead & Create Estimate

A homeowner submits a remodel request through your website. The lead appears in your ClientForge pipeline instantly. You review the scope, add line items for materials, labor and subcontractors in BidForge, and send a professional estimate with photos and terms — all within minutes.

Day 3

Win Job & Schedule Crews

The client accepts the estimate online. One click converts it to a ProjectPath job with milestones and a budget. You raise the work order in CrewGrid, assign the crew, and set the start date — the site address, priority and job type travel with it to the dispatch board.

Week 2

Track Work in the Field

Your foreman checks in from the job site — CrewGrid verifies the arrival with GPS, within 500 m of the address. As work progresses the crew logs daily entries, uploads photos to document each phase, and records change orders against the budget. You watch labor hours and material costs in real time to stay on margin.

Week 6

Complete Job & Invoice Client

The job wraps up on schedule. You generate the final TitanLedger invoice with every change order included. The client opens it from the portal link on their record and pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer through PayGate. The invoice marks itself paid the moment the payment settles.

Closeout & Warranty Documentation

Final walkthrough photos, signed change orders and the warranty letter all land in AssetVault against the project record — the file you hand the client and the one you pull up if they call back in a year.

The apps in this day

Each step above is a launch app you can open today — all of them ship together on Pro ($99/mo, 5 users).

What this replaces

A general contractor running QuickBooks for the books plus a separate estimating/scheduling tool is already paying for two subscriptions that don't share data:

  • QuickBooks Plus (5 users)$140/mo
  • A separate estimating/scheduling app$40–80/mo, typical

Other tools: $180–220/mo for accounting and estimating that live in different systems. EternalEngine: $99/mo (Pro, 5 users) — BidForge, ProjectPath, CrewGrid, TitanLedger, AssetVault and SignSeal, all on one record.

Pro at $99/mo replaces the accounting-plus-estimating stack with one system where the estimate, the job, the change orders and the invoice are the same record.

Why Construction Teams Choose EternalEngine

Built for the Job Site

CrewGrid runs from a phone browser — nothing to install. GPS-verified arrivals, photo proof and customer signatures are designed for crews standing on a site, not staff at a desk. It needs a data connection; there is no offline mode today.

Accurate Job Costing

Track labor hours, materials, subcontractor lines and change orders against the project budget in ProjectPath. Know your margin on every job before you close it — not months later during tax season.

Client Transparency

Share a portal link from the client record, and put a PayGate payment link on every invoice. Clients stay informed without the phone calls, which is where reviews and referrals come from.

Questions

Construction questions

Which plan do construction teams need?

Pro at $99/mo for 5 users. It carries every app in the workflow above — BidForge estimates, ProjectPath projects with milestones, daily logs and budgets, CrewGrid dispatch, TitanLedger invoicing and AssetVault for drawings and signed documents — plus SignSeal for multi-signer contracts. Basic and Team cover the CRM, booking and email side; Business adds 15 seats, white-label and SSO.

Can a crew check in from the job site?

Yes. CrewGrid records arrivals and departures with GPS verification — an arrival only counts within 500 m of the site address, with location accuracy held inside 100 m, and a departure requires a prior arrival. Photos and a customer signature close the work order. It runs in a phone browser and needs a data connection.

Do estimates turn into projects and invoices without retyping?

Yes. From an accepted BidForge estimate you convert to a job in one click, and the same estimate converts to an invoice when it is time to bill. Change orders are recorded against the project budget, so nothing is missed when you build the final invoice.

How do clients see progress and pay?

Every client record has a portal link you can share, and invoices carry a PayGate payment link — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer through Stripe Connect — and the invoice marks itself paid when the payment settles. Stripe pays out to your bank account on its standard schedule.
