Does a test send use my real provider?
Yes. It goes through the same send pipeline and provider as a customer email, which is the point — you see exactly what will land.
Will a test send trigger my webhooks?
A Send Test from the editor is a real send and behaves like one. Sends made with a test-mode API key are flagged test mode and skip webhook dispatch.
Can I test a broadcast before it goes out?
Yes. Broadcasts have their own test send to a single address, so you can check the rendering before scheduling the audience send.
