Early Access: What's Live, What's Coming

We’d rather under-promise than over-claim, so here is the plain state of EternalEngine today: seventeen apps are live, twenty-three more are published in the Coming Soon catalog, and early-access teams are running their businesses on the platform right now.

Live today

Every paid plan starts with the universal apps: ClientForge (CRM with deals, leads, and pipelines), ThreadRealm (community forums), PostFrame (email delivery with tracking), PayGate (payments with a Free tier included), and ScrollForge (the in-app store where everything else installs from).

From there, plans add what a growing operation needs: BookSlot appointment scheduling with a public booking page, BidForge estimates and proposals with digital signing, ProjectPath projects with time tracking and daily logs, AssetVault cloud file storage with version history, and TitanLedger invoicing with multi-currency books.

Seven more apps just graduated to launch. On every plan: NeuralGrid, the AI command center — a multi-provider gateway, prompt registry, and agent runtime with per-feature token tracking. Team and up: WikiShelf, a branded document hub with Handlebars templates, Chromium-rendered PDF generation, and a foldered, searchable file library. On Pro and up: NotifyStack (multi-channel notification orchestration across email, push, in-app, SMS, and webhooks), CrewGrid (field service dispatch with GPS-verified check-ins and photo proof), StockShelf (multi-warehouse and bin inventory with purchase orders, stocktakes, and FIFO/LIFO/average-cost valuation on an immutable transaction ledger), and SignSeal (digital signatures with multi-signer routing and an ESIGN/eIDAS-aligned, legally-sound audit trail). On Business: FlowRelay, workflow automation with trigger-and-action recipes and first-class connectors for every EternalEngine app.

The AI assistant is included on every plan with a monthly token allowance — it drafts emails, summarizes deals, scores leads, and answers questions about your data in plain language.

We show them before they’re installable on purpose: you can see where the platform is going before you commit to it, and tell us what to prioritize. Install opens for each app as it ships.

What early access means

Pricing. Updated 2026-08-28 — the provisional three-plan pricing this post originally described ($39 / $89 / $149) was ratified into the six-tier ladder: Free $0 · Basic $9.95 · Team $49 · Pro $99 · Business $199 per month, 20% off annual, and a 30-day free trial on every paid plan. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. Current details are always on the pricing page.

Fast iteration. Features ship frequently. Interfaces improve. Occasionally something moves. The changelog records all of it.

Direct line to the builders. Early-access feedback genuinely shapes the roadmap — the fastest way to get an integration or app prioritized is to tell us.

No fake safety nets. We publish a 99.9% uptime target — not a contractual SLA we haven’t earned the operational history to back. Our status page says exactly what is and isn’t monitored publicly yet. The same honesty applies across our security posture and terms.
